1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use aiarchitecturelab.com (the "website"). By using the website you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the website.
2. An informational website
The website describes AI Architecture Lab, how we work and the services we offer. Using the website, reading it or emailing us doesn't create a client relationship, an engagement or a contract for services. We only provide services under a written proposal, scope or engagement terms agreed with you.
3. No professional reliance without an engagement
Website content is general information. It isn't professional, technical, legal, financial or other advice for your circumstances. Before acting on anything you read here, get advice suited to your situation. Examples, sample deliverables and illustrations are labelled as such and don't describe results for a real client.
4. Services and prices
Services, prices and conditions described on the website (for example the Automation Scoping Session and its fee credit) are summaries. The written terms agreed for each engagement govern. The Automation Scoping Session is governed by the Scoping Session terms. The 30-Day AI Evaluation is offered at our discretion and isn't an entitlement. The free Tradie Automation Fit Check is a short written fit decision and isn't consulting.
5. AI and software limitations
We write about AI systems, automation and software. These technologies have limitations: they can produce incorrect, incomplete or unexpected outputs, and their behaviour can change when providers update them. Nothing on the website promises that a particular technology or approach will achieve a particular result in your business. Any implementation is scoped, tested and governed under its own written terms.
6. Third-party products and services
We may refer to third-party software, AI models, platforms and services. We're model-neutral and don't resell AI subscriptions. A reference isn't an endorsement or a guarantee, and your use of any third-party product is governed by that provider's own terms, pricing and privacy practices.
7. External links
The website may link to other websites for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, the AI Architecture Lab name and logos, the Lacquer & Light imagery and the ACOS methodology, are owned by AI Architecture Lab or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own information. You may not copy, adapt, republish or commercially use our content, logos or methodology without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, or carry out security testing without our written permission.
10. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always current. We may change, suspend or remove content at any time.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that can't lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Subject to that, the website is provided as general information, and you should not rely on it as advice for your circumstances without an engagement.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including information you send by email.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from its effective date.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
