FREE CONTROLLED 30-DAY AI EVALUATION
One workflow. 30 days. Evidence before a bigger investment.
Bring AIAL one real business workflow. If your business qualifies, we’ll evaluate whether AI can genuinely improve it, test the important assumptions and give you evidence to decide whether to Deploy, Extend Testing or Do Not Deploy.
This is not a free production build or an unlimited AI trial.
Evidence first. A bigger commitment only if it is justified.
THE FOUNDING PROGRAMME
Six Founding Evaluation Places
Six places are available in the initial programme. Businesses are selected for fit—not first-come-first-served—and delivery is paced to protect evaluation quality.
Businesses are selected on suitability, not simply first-come-first-served. When current capacity is allocated, suitable businesses may be offered the Qualified Evaluation Waitlist. A waitlist place does not guarantee acceptance.
SUITABILITY
A good evaluation candidate usually has…
Business size alone does not determine fit. We look for a real workflow where a controlled test can answer a useful business question.
Measurable friction, delay, rework or cost
Enough workflow volume to test meaningfully
An accountable human sponsor
Willingness to act if evidence supports it
A workflow that can be evaluated safely
Initial focus: businesses around 10–100 employees. Smaller businesses may also qualify where the workflow economics make sense.
ONE BOUNDED PROBLEM
One workflow. One bounded problem.
Each evaluation focuses on one principal workflow—not a broad technology programme. Together we choose a problem that is valuable, measurable and safe to test.
If your business has several problems, AIAL helps select the evaluation workflow using:
- Business value
- Repetition and volume
- Measurability
- Feasibility and information available
- Risk and ability to test safely
Where work gets stuck
Examples, not a fixed services list. The evaluation stays centred on the workflow you choose together.
THE PROBLEM-TO-PROOF METHOD
A clear path from diagnosis to decision.
Each stage creates a reasoned hand-off to the next. Testing begins with agreed criteria—not a result we decide afterwards.
Diagnose
Understand the workflow and the business problem.
Baseline
Agree how the workflow performs today.
Design
Define the safest useful evaluation architecture.
Test
Run a bounded workflow in a controlled environment.
Stress-test
Test edge cases, failure paths and human escalation.
Measure
Compare evidence against the agreed baseline.
Decide
Recommend Deploy, Extend Testing or Do Not Deploy.
WHEN THE CLOCK STARTS
30 days, once the prerequisites are ready.
The public offer remains a 30-Day Evaluation. The window starts when we have the agreed information, access and approvals needed to begin useful work.
If a delay affects availability, we’ll adjust the schedule together so the evaluation remains practical and fair.
We agree the prerequisites together; acceptance alone does not start the clock.
SHARED EFFORT
What we need from you
The evaluation works best when both sides can move quickly, share context and make decisions.
Free does not mean zero effort.- One accountable Evaluation Sponsor
- Reasonable access to subject-matter staff
- Timely approvals and agreed information
- Participation in testing and review
- Honest baseline information
- Attendance at the final decision review
PROPORTIONATE ACCESS
Access progresses only as needed.
AIAL does not ask for broad system access automatically. We use only the information and access necessary for the workflow being evaluated.
BUILD ONLY WHAT THE TEST NEEDS
Enough to prove or disprove the workflow.
Evaluation work may use a prototype, simulation, controlled environment, limited integration or approved test information. A production-ready system is not assumed.
The purpose is evidence,
not free production implementation.
AGREE BEFORE TESTING
We agree how success will be judged before seeing the result.
The baseline makes the decision useful. We select measures that fit the workflow, establish the current position and then compare like with like.
Illustrative measurement categories only · no customer data or performance results shown
THREE VALID OUTCOMES
A good evaluation can end in any of these.
The goal is a sound decision, not a predetermined sale.
Deploy
Evidence supports a separate production implementation decision.
Extend Testing
A further bounded question or additional evidence is needed. Further work is not automatically free.
Do Not Deploy
AI is not justified under the tested conditions. Process redesign, conventional automation, existing software—or no further investment—may be better.
Do Not Deploy is a valid outcome—not a failed sale.
STOP WHEN THE EVIDENCE IS CLEAR
Sometimes the honest answer arrives early.
We will not stretch a clear conclusion to fill the calendar. If early evidence shows AI is a poor fit, we’ll explain why and stop rather than use the remaining time without purpose.
THE EVALUATION OUTPUT
A Decision Pack you can use to choose the next step.
The final pack records what was asked, what was tested, what the evidence supports and where the limits remain.

See If My Business QualifiesAFTER THE EVALUATION
The next step follows the evidence.
Evaluate
One workflow, controlled evidence
→Proven Build
Separate proposal if Deploy is supported
→Govern & Optimise
Operate and improve with controls
→Expand
Extend only where justified
A Deploy recommendation is evidence—not an obligation. You are not required to proceed with AIAL’s separately scoped Proven Build proposal. Extend Testing is not automatically free, and a Do Not Deploy recommendation carries no pressure to buy something else.
CLEAR SCOPE, NO SURPRISES
What the free evaluation does not include
The evaluation is intentionally bounded. A separate scope is agreed before any later work begins.
- A complete production system
- Unlimited workflows or revisions
- Guaranteed ROI or a promised result
- Automatic production deployment
- Unlimited access to AIAL
- Indefinite testing
- Automatic acceptance into Proven Build
APPROPRIATE BOUNDARIES
Higher-risk work needs the right controls.
AIAL may work with regulated or higher-risk industries where the workflow is appropriate. Early work should support administration and process—not replace regulated professional judgement.
WHEN PLACES ARE ALLOCATED
A suitable workflow may join the Qualified Evaluation Waitlist.
Your workflow appears suitable for further consideration, but current evaluation capacity is allocated. We can keep your request on our Evaluation Waitlist and contact you when capacity becomes available.
Waitlist placement does not guarantee acceptance. It is not a marketing opt-in; any contact is about your evaluation request.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Straight answers about the evaluation.
Is the 30-Day Evaluation really free?
For businesses selected into the founding programme, AIAL waives the evaluation fee. The work is bounded to one workflow, and both sides contribute time. Any later implementation is separate and optional.
Does AIAL build my full production system during the evaluation?
No. AIAL builds enough to prove or disprove the workflow. Testing may use a prototype, simulation, controlled environment or limited integration.
When does the 30-day period begin?
The evaluation window begins once the agreed prerequisites are ready. If access, approvals or information are delayed, the schedule may be adjusted together.
Can I bring more than one workflow?
You can describe several problems, but each evaluation focuses on one principal workflow. AIAL and the business choose it together based on value, measurability, feasibility and risk.
What information will AIAL need?
Usually a general workflow description, agreed examples or information, and an honest view of current performance. Do not send sensitive or confidential client information through this website.
Do you need access to my production systems?
Not automatically. AIAL starts with documents or examples and only progresses access when it is necessary, approved and proportionate to the evaluation.
What happens if AI is not the right solution?
AIAL explains the evidence and may recommend process redesign, conventional automation, existing software or no further investment.
What happens after a Deploy recommendation?
AIAL may prepare a separate Proven Build proposal. The evaluation evidence and commercial proposal remain separate.
Is additional testing free?
Not automatically. Any further testing is separately scoped and agreed before it begins.
Can international businesses apply?
Yes. AIAL is Australian-based and considers suitable organisations in Australia and internationally.
What happens when the six founding places are filled?
Suitable businesses may be offered a place on the Qualified Evaluation Waitlist. Waitlist placement does not guarantee acceptance.
ONE REAL BUSINESS PROBLEM
One real business problem.
Thirty days. A decision you can defend.
If your business has a repetitive workflow costing time, creating rework or limiting growth, we can evaluate whether AI genuinely belongs in it.
