2. No client relationship created by using the website

Accessing this website, reading its content, submitting an enquiry or requesting the Free 30-Day AI Assistant Experience does not by itself create:

• a client-consultant relationship
• an advisory relationship
• a fiduciary relationship
• a partnership
• a joint venture
• an agency relationship
• any obligation for AI Architecture Lab to accept an engagement

6. Free 30-Day AI Assistant Experience

The Free 30-Day AI Assistant Experience is intended as a structured opportunity to explore a defined AI use case using agreed information and boundaries.

It is not automatically:

• a production deployment
• a full AI transformation program
• unrestricted system access
• a replacement for professional advice
• an assurance that the system will later be suitable for production
• an obligation on either party to enter into a paid engagement

Any specific scope, access, responsibilities or limitations applicable to an experience may be discussed separately.

AI Architecture Lab may prepare an initial demonstration or prototype primarily from publicly available information on the organisation's own website and other appropriate public or supplied business sources. Where information cannot be verified, reasonable best-fit assumptions may be used for demonstration purposes and should be identified as assumptions where relevant.

Demonstration content is illustrative. It must be verified and refined through appropriate client discovery before it is treated as authoritative production business knowledge. Public availability does not automatically remove privacy obligations relating to personal information.

AI Architecture Lab may decline a proposed experience where the requested use is unsuitable, outside our scope, presents unacceptable risk or requires capabilities not appropriate for an evaluation.

7. Demonstration projects

The website may contain demonstration projects designed to illustrate how AI Architecture Lab approaches AI architecture, boundaries, governance and implementation.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a demonstration project:

• is not a client engagement
• does not represent an operational customer deployment
• does not establish that an organisation achieved a particular outcome
• does not constitute a testimonial
• does not constitute evidence of commercial results

8. Information submitted through forms

You are responsible for ensuring information you submit through our website is appropriate and that you are authorised to provide it.

Where you provide information, documents, recordings, intellectual property or other materials for a proposed or agreed service, you should have the rights, permissions, notices, consents or other lawful authority reasonably required for AI Architecture Lab to process them for that purpose. This does not transfer to you any responsibility that applicable law requires AI Architecture Lab to retain.

9. Accuracy of information you provide

AI Architecture Lab may rely on information supplied by a prospective client or client when assessing a business problem, proposed use case or potential engagement.

We are not responsible for consequences arising from materially inaccurate, incomplete or unauthorised information supplied to us, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For an agreed engagement, you authorise AI Architecture Lab to process appropriate information supplied by or for you through assessed third-party AI and technology providers where reasonably necessary to analyse discovery information, understand your business, develop and configure ACOS, create client-specific knowledge bases and operational materials, generate drafts and structured outputs, test and quality-assure assistants, deploy or operate AI services, and maintain, troubleshoot, secure or improve the service provided to you.

This client-specific processing is distinct from intentionally using Client Confidential Information or Personal Information to train a general-purpose or foundation AI model for the benefit of unrelated clients or third parties. AI Architecture Lab does not intend to undertake that general-purpose training use without appropriate authority, permission or another valid basis.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content are owned by or licensed to AI Architecture Lab.

This includes, where applicable:

• written content
• branding
• diagrams
• graphics
• website design
• architecture illustrations
• methodologies
• original explanatory materials

ACOS — the AI Consultant Operating System — is a methodology developed by AI Architecture Lab.

You may view and use the website for legitimate personal or internal business evaluation purposes.

You must not, without permission:

• reproduce substantial parts of the website for commercial use
• represent our content as your own
• sell or sublicense our original material
• copy or reproduce ACOS as your own consulting methodology
• remove copyright, attribution or proprietary notices
• scrape or systematically extract substantial website content for commercial reuse

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of AI Architecture Lab intellectual property to you.

A client retains ownership of its pre-existing business information, documents, content, trademarks, customer or client information and other materials it provides. Providing those materials for an engagement does not transfer their ownership to AI Architecture Lab.

AI Architecture Lab retains ownership of its pre-existing and reusable intellectual property, including ACOS methodologies, architecture, frameworks, templates, generic prompts, processes, governance structures, systems, know-how and reusable tools, subject to any specific written agreement.

Rights relating to customised client deliverables, use of third-party technology and any available AI-generated outputs should be governed by the applicable service agreement or statement of work. These Website Terms do not transfer ownership beyond rights that AI Architecture Lab is entitled to grant.

11. Permitted website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes.

You must not knowingly:

• interfere with the operation or security of the website
• attempt unauthorised access to website systems
• submit malicious code
• use automated systems to overload or disrupt the website
• bypass security or rate-limiting controls
• impersonate another person or organisation

In providing Services under a separate engagement, AI Architecture Lab may use appropriately assessed third-party artificial intelligence models, large language models, machine-learning systems, automation systems, hosting or runtime platforms, APIs and related technology. Specific providers, models, versions and infrastructure may change over time.

AI Architecture Lab may evaluate, benchmark, upgrade, replace, combine or route between providers or models based on performance, quality, reliability, security, privacy, availability, functionality, cost and suitability. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, a client is not purchasing or being promised perpetual use of one particular model, model version, runtime or provider. Routine changes should be managed so they do not materially reduce the contracted service, subject to the applicable service agreement.

Providers handling appropriate client information remain subject to AI Architecture Lab's applicable provider assessment, privacy, security, confidentiality and data-governance requirements. Assessment may consider the use case, information processed, model-training and data-use settings, confidentiality, security, retention, data location, contractual protections, suitability for sensitive information, availability and operational risk.

Third-party providers may change functionality, pricing or APIs, replace models, experience outages, discontinue services or become unavailable. Where commercially appropriate, AI Architecture Lab may assist with reasonable transition, replacement or migration work, subject to the applicable service agreement, scope and fees.

13. Availability of the website

We aim to maintain a useful and accessible website but do not promise uninterrupted availability.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• maintenance
• hosting issues
• software updates
• network problems
• security events
• service-provider outages
• circumstances outside our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend or discontinue website content or functionality where reasonably necessary.

Where the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law provides rights that cannot be excluded, those rights continue to apply.

The terms governing liability for a particular paid client engagement should be set out separately in the relevant engagement agreement.

16. Australian Consumer Law

Certain guarantees and protections may arise under the Australian Consumer Law contained in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a right or remedy where doing so would be unlawful.

17. International users

The website may be accessed from outside Australia.

AI Architecture Lab does not represent that website content or services are appropriate, lawful or available in every jurisdiction.

If you access the website from another country, you are responsible for considering the laws applicable to your access or proposed use of our services.

Where AI Architecture Lab accepts an international engagement, additional jurisdiction-specific contractual, privacy, security, tax, regulatory or data-processing requirements may apply.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

Nothing in this clause prevents a person from exercising rights available under applicable consumer or other mandatory laws.
